A Journey to Remember
The management at Groove Training College meticulously planned a thrilling team-building trip for our vibrant students and dedicated training coaches. The air was filled with excitement as the day began early at 7 a.m., with a cheerful bus ride marking the start of our adventure.
First Stop: Maai Mahiu Escarpments
Our first stop was the breathtaking Maai Mahiu Escarpments. The panoramic views were nothing short of mesmerizing. Everyone took a moment to soak in the beauty and capture the stunning scenery with countless photos. Laughter and camaraderie were in abundance as we enjoyed the fresh morning air and the spectacular sights.
Exploring Hell's Gate Park
Next on our itinerary was the awe-inspiring Hell’s Gate Park. Known for its dramatic landscapes and rich wildlife, the park offered us a chance to connect with nature in an extraordinary way. We explored the park, marvelling at the geological wonders and the vibrant flora and fauna. Cameras clicked non-stop, capturing memories that will be cherished forever.
Fun and Games at BMM Bikers Recreational Centre
After an exhilarating morning, we headed to the BMM Bikers Recreational Centre for a well-deserved lunch break. The centre was buzzing with activities, offering something for everyone. From games and sports to relaxing under the shade, it was a perfect spot to unwind and have fun. The food was delicious, fueling us for the adventures that lay ahead.
Serenity at Lake Naivasha
Our final stop was the serene Lake Naivasha, where the highlight of the day awaited us – boat riding. The gentle waves and the tranquil environment provided a peaceful end to our eventful day. The boat ride was a magical experience, allowing us to appreciate the lake’s beauty and the diverse birdlife that calls it home.
As the sun began to set, we made our way back to the campus, our hearts full and our spirits high. The trip to Naivasha, made possible by the generous sponsorship from Jacity Travellers, was more than just a day out. It was a bonding experience that brought students and coaches closer, fostering a sense of community and teamwork.
